We have a new program that allows me to chat with you directly. If you see the green chat bubble on the bottom of your screen, we can message each other. It does not let anyone else contact you or let you talk to your friends. It will not be turned on all the time, so you should still ask most of your questions in the Google Classroom comments.

  1.  Please read the introduction on this PDF and do the following activity:
  2. Think of a memorable event from your life that made you happy. Maybe you had a special birthday, celebrated a holiday, got an award, or won a game. Draw or describe this big event on a piece of paper.
  3. Now think about what happened leading up to this event. For example, maybe someone made a cake for your birthday, or you entered a contest to win the award. List three things and put them in the order that they happened on that back of your drawing or description.

Check Google Classroom!

I have created 2 more Google Classrooms for us to use! One is for Language Arts and the other is for science and social studies. All students should log in to make sure they have access before Monday! There is a question to answer in both of these new classes for them to answer.

Students can reach google classroom by logging into Clever and clicking on the Google Classroom icon. It looks like this:

It should take them to the Google Classroom dashboard and they should see all their different classes listed. They will have one for Math, Language Arts, Science/Social Studies, and one for PE. If they are in orchestra they will see one for that too.

It should look like this:

IF THEY DO NOT SEE THESE CLASSES, Please contact me ASAP!

If students are having trouble logging into their district chrome books, please call 818-478-2664 to reach the GUSD tech office.
